- Write a grandmother’s Valentine letter to an unborn grandchild.
- Write about a character who has just lost a loved one and is facing their first Valentine’s day alone.
- “Why I hate Valentine’s Day” Write about someone’s negative experience.
- Choose one or more of these words and weave them into a story or poem.
- Florescence: refers to a state or period of being in bloom or of flourishing.
- To importune someone is to annoy or pester them with repeated questions or requests
- To beguile is to attract or interest someone, or to trick or deceive them.
- Wistful: Full of yearning or desire tinged with melancholy
