District 5 meetings are available on Zoom or in person. The current plan is to embrace a hybrid of virtual and in-person meetings.
In person meetings for 2024 will be held at Evergreen Branch Library, 2601 N. Arkansas, Wichita. All meetings are on the third Saturday of the month and start at 1:30 pm. Dates for this year:

2:30 Ekphrastic writing: Picture This!
D-5 member Janice Northerns will read a couple of ekphrastic poems from her award-winning collection Some Electric Hum and share tips to help you take ekphrastic writing to the next level. The discussion will be geared toward prose writers as well as poets. Optional: Bring a photograph you’d like to write about to the meeting.
